Outerwear
Our Torrent LT collection utilizes 2.5 layer technology. It has a lightweight 4-way stretch woven shell fabric (first layer), a polyurethane-based waterproof breathable laminate (second layer) and a protective inner layer (half layer). The inner half layer is a hexagonal grid pattern that provides some slickness and abrasion-resistance to protect the laminate. The ending result is a lightweight, waterproof / breathable collection with significant 4-way stretch.
3-layer technology is used on our softshell jackets and vests. This construction utilizes a membrane sandwiched between the shell fabric and a body-facing liner. The ending result is a collection of highly breathable and windproof products.
