If you are using IE Explorer:
1) Click on the Tools icon in the top right corner of Internet Explorer. (The icon looks like a cogwheel.)
2) In the drop-down menu which appears, click Manage Add-Ons.
3) In the dialog which appears, select Toolbars and Extensions.
4) In the list of Add-ons, look for "Shockwave Flash Object" - which is another name for Flash Player.
5) In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight it.
6) In the bottom right corner of the Manage Add-ons dialog, click the Enable button.
7) Close the Manage Add-ons dialog and click Refresh to reload the webpage.
If you are using Firefox:
1) Click on Firefox in the top left corner.
2) Select "Add-Ons"
3) Select the Plugins menu item on the left.
4) In the Add-on display scroll down to "Shockwave Flash...".
5) Click on "Enable" if such button is present, else it is already enabled.
If you are using Google Chrome:
1) Click on the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, in the top-right corner.
2) Select Tools
3) Select Extensions and make sure that Shockwave Flash has not been disabled.
4) Check "enable" next to Shockwave Flash if not checked already.
The hose for the pump is located inside the pump itself. To get the hose out of the pump, simply grip the pump in the center and unscrew the handle. Once the handle is off, tip the pump so the open end is facing down. You may need to tap the open end on a hard surface to dislodge the hose. Keep in mind, the handle portion of the pump is the end opposite of where the air comes out.
All parts for the Speed E Cart including the battery and electronics are available from our service provider, J-Tech. They can be reached at 877-406-9303.
Aside from J-Tech, which services our Speed E Cart, Sun Mountain does not have external repair facilities. Please call our Customer Service line (800-227-9224, Mon. - Fri. 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 pm. MST) to see if your repair can be done in the field or needs to be returned to Sun Mountain for service.
First, please check your tire pressure to confirm all tires are at 30 psi. If the tire pressure checks out and you have a cart outfitted with bungee cords or strapless bag bag bracket you can adjust the alignment by following the instructions in your user's guide. If you have an older cart outfitted with velcro straps for securing the bag on the cart, please call our customer service department at 800-227-9224 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MST.
Yes, the tire can be replaced. Please be aware the front tire axle is different from the back tire axles so you will need to specify which tire you need when placing an order with our customer service staff.

It is best to inflate the Speed Cart tires with a small bicycle pump. Using an air compressor tends to overfill the tire causing the tube to rupture.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bag to Sun Mountain for repair. Once the bag is repaired Sun Mountain will pay for the return shipping via FedEx Ground.
Once we receive your golf bag at Sun Mountain the average repair time is two days. The bag will then be shipped back via FedEx Ground.
Sun Mountain guarantees the Provisional to be waterproof for two years from the date of purchase. The suit is seam-sealed and treated with a Dupont Teflon DWR coating for extra protection from the rain.
