Warranty Policy
Sun Mountain warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace products at our option. Normal wear and fading of this product is not considered a manufacturer's defect. This warranty does not apply to normal deterioration caused by wear or abuse, nor does it apply to claims of damage to items used in connection with Sun Mountain products. In the case of deterioration due to normal use we will repair the item for a nominal charge. Sun Mountain is the sole judge of any claim or warranty.
BAGS AND CARTS: Sun Mountain warrants its bags to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Cart frames are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for three years from date of purchase. Tires, brakes and handle wrap are warranted for one year from date of purchase.
OUTERWEAR: Different garments have specific warranties that are described in attached product literature.
Please register your warranty either online on our website or with your products warranty registration card.
Return Policy
Before returning any merchandise you must receive an authorization number from our Customer Service Department. Problems with products can often be solved by repair without returning the product. Items that are special ordered, modified, fabricated, or embroidered to special requirements cannot be returned. Once a return authorization number is received, please take care to pack return items to ensure that no damage will occur in shipping. Defective items must be clearly marked as to the nature of the defect. Refunds for returned items will be issued only after receipt by Sun Mountain of undamaged returned merchandise.

Privacy Notice
Sun Mountain Sports, Inc. believes that it is important for users to understand how we treat information about you that we receive by virtue of your use of our Site.
Information that is generally considered personal, such as, names, physical or E-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc., are only known when a Site user voluntarily provides such information, during the purchasing of product, registering warranty information, submitting E-mail inquiries, entering contests, filling out questionnaires or when other similar online activities occur.
We may use such personal information you provide for any of the ways listed below: (A) to fulfill product orders; (B) to register product warranty information; (C) to award contest prizes; (D) to better understand the manner in which our site is used and make desired improvements; (E) to respond to specific user inquiries (F) to provide any necessary notices to Site visitors (or their parent or guardians); (G) to obtain parental consent from visitors under 18 years of age, as needed; (H) to protect the security of our Site; (I) to send users notices and solicitations regarding Sun Mountain Sports, Inc product offerings and/or services; and (J) to market our products to Site users. Such solicitations may take any of the following forms; mailings via U.S. mail or other couriers, telephone calls, e-mail solicitations and other methods of contact. If you do not wish to receive these solicitations from us using your personal information, you may specify this while registering on the site, or you will have the option to unsubscribe within each E-mail received from us.
In general, you may visit the Site without disclosing who you are or revealing any personal information. Our servers capture, but do not collect, the IP addresses, domain names and network identifiers of our users. Such information is compiled for statistical use, to determine such things as, the number of visits, average time spent on the Site, pages viewed, and so forth. Such information will be used by Sun Mountain to measure and understand the use of our Site and in our attempts to improve the functionality and content of our Site.
Sun Mountain Sports, Inc. will not disclose information considered personal that may be collected as a result of use of our Site to third parties unless such disclosure is agreed to by the Site user as a part of the information collection process, or unless such disclosure is required by law.
With regard to users considered legal minors, our preference is that such visitors should not post on or provide information to our Site without the consent of their parents. Parents should supervise the online activities of their children, and consider the use of parental control tools available from online services and software providers.
Our Site has in place, security measures to protect against the altering, loss or misuse of the information under our control. When product purchases are made using credit card information, such information is transmitted using industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
Our Site may employ technology commonly referred to as "cookies." A "cookie" is a small data element which a Web site can send to your browser, which may, in turn, be stored on your hard drive so the Site can recognize you when you return. Generally this avoids the repeated entry of the same user information upon return visits to our Site. Most browsers can be set to notify you when you receive a cookie. Our cookies will collect both the browser and operating system that a visitor is using.
Our Site may at times contain links to other sites of third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for their respective privacy practices.
Sun Mountain Sports, Inc. may revise its Privacy Policy from time to time. As a user, you are responsible when you visit our Site, to review the current policy. If you are not in agreement with the then current policy, you should discontinue the use of our Site.
Freight Policy
Sun Mountain will ship your order via Federal Express using one of three service levels that you choose: Ground, 3 Day Air, or Overnight Air. Different rates apply to each service level. Any orders confirmed by 1:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day all others will ship on the following business day. Sun Mountain business hours are 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes in this manner. If you need to have a package shipped to a Post Office Box please call 800-227-9224 and explain to our customer service staff what you would like to accomplish and we can ship your parcel via USPS.
