International Shipping Policy

Available delivery locations – We currently ship directly to customers in Canada and the United States.  If you live in a different country but are looking to place an order, please refer to our International Distributors list.

International shipping options – The service levels provided for Canada include FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority.  

International shipping costs – All service levels are based on the weight of your items and the shipping rates are calculated by FedEx.

Duty, tax, and fee warning – All duties, taxes and fees are collected at checkout.  You can see the duties, taxes and fees displayed before you officially place your order.  All international orders are subject to an additional 5% handling fee.

Duty, tax, and fee refund policy – Duties, taxes and fees are not refundable.

Shipping refund policy – Shipping charges are not refundable.

Handling timeframe - The handling timeframe is the period between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped. We ship international orders within 1-3 days of the order placement date.
