So sad can’t use

"I have a cable I can’t use! I have nothing to attach it to! I needed the brake assembly for the wheel and I can’t purchase that part anymore is what I found out! So I spent 10. 00 and 10. 00 shipping fee for a part I cannot use! I almost didn’t buy it because I didn’t see the brake in the photo but I was misled a bit because it said brake assembly. Now my granddaughter is using the cart with no brake! She is playing for her high school golf team"
