"I chose this particular pull cart because I liked it. I was extremely disappointed at how a $350. 00 pull cart broke so easily. It wouldn’t slide when it was time to fold it. The slider has to constantly be sprayed for lubrication, so that it closes easily. As far as your service is concerned, I was very satisfied."

"Only used the pedal part as mine cracked from use. After about 30 minutes I figured out how to replace this. Wish there were instructions and shipping was $30 for a $17 part. The postal service would be slower but cheaper to ship to Canada."
