We provide free shipping for all orders $100 and over in the continental United States. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will have a FedEx Ground rate calculated at time of checkout. We ship via FedEx ground or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.

We also have the option to require a signature for a $6.00 fee. The signature required service is an extra layer of protection in case you are worried about your package being lost or stolen. Should you turn down the option for the signature service, we DO NOT guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
If you need your order faster we have FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping options available for you. These rates are calculated at checkout. We provide an estimated delivery time for each shipping option to help you plan the arrival of your item(s).
We know that sometimes life has surprises. FedEx also provides an excellent service called Delivery Manager. This tool offers more flexibility and allows you to manage your deliveries to match your schedule. You have the opportunity to use the Delivery Manager to hold your package at a FedEx facility, customize your delivery time, request signature upon delivery, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. The one-time sign up is free and you can become a lifetime member allowing you to change ANY shipment by FedEx.
We understand that every now and then the item you purchased may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case for your order, you must notify us of any problem with your product within 7 days of receipt or complete acceptance is implied. Exceptions may apply for gift items.
If the item you purchased doesn't meet your satisfaction and you need to return it, you may return the item for credit on the card initially used to purchase the item.
Free Returns For Outerwear Purchases
We understand that guessing the right size can be tough sometimes, especially when you don't have the opportunity to try on a garment. We are happy to tell you that outwear purchases are eligible for free return shipping. If you choose to use the provided label, we will not deduct the $12.00 return fee. We want you to be confident that you can get the right size easily. This offer is NOT valid on other purchases.
How To Return Merchandise
We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning your official Sun Mountain Sports merchandise to Shop.SunMountain.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your credit card.
Please follow these directions to return by parcel service:
• Simply call us at 1-800-227-9224 to receive a return authorization number.
• Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
• Include all original packing materials and carton, manuals and accessories with the product. All returned product must be in new, unused condition.
• You may use the pre-paid return label included in the package if you so choose. Please note that a $12.00 fee will be deducted from your refund if the label is used to return your item.

NOTE: Sun Mountain Sports is not responsible for lost or damaged return items. If you choose to use the pre-paid label, please keep a copy of the tracking number for your records in the event a claim needs to be made.
Return For Refund
If you choose to use the pre-paid return label, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund. The original outbound shipping is non-refundable. You will be given a full refund for the item(s) as long as the following requirements are met: the item is unused, the item is not damaged, and item is not personalized. All original tags and packing materials must be with your returned item. If your returned item is not in perfect condition, we may issue a partial refund. You are responsible for all freight charges including outgoing and return shipping. However, if the product was originally delivered to you damaged or defective or the wrong item was shipped, you will be credited for outgoing shipping in addition to the item. Please see our Defective Product and Returns section below.
Defective Products and Returns
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived if you use the return label. We will not reimburse you for return charges if you ship by your own method.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund if the product is defective. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund (half the value of the item) may be issued.

Tracking An Order
If you placed an order online, you will receive a tracking email when your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your SPAM folder. If you did not receive a tracking email, please call 1-800-227-9224 to get tracking information.
