"Dear Club Glove Customer Support, I recently purchased a Club Glider 3 Travel Bag and noticed that it has a dedicated internal AirTag pocket. However, I’m having trouble inserting my Apple AirTag into the pocket. As shown in the attached photo, the opening appears to be completely sewn shut, and the AirTag cannot fit through the current opening. I considered carefully cutting the stitching to create an opening, but I’m concerned that once the stitching is removed, the AirTag may easily fall out during travel. Could you please let me know: 1. What is the correct way to insert an AirTag into this pocket? 2. Is the stitching intended to be cut by the customer, or is my bag possibly defective? 3. If it is meant to be opened, how can I do so without increasing the risk of the AirTag falling out? I’ve attached a photo for reference. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your advice.
