We understand that every now and then the item you purchased may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case for your order, you must notify us of any problem with your product within 30 days of receipt or complete acceptance is implied. Exceptions may apply for gift items.

If the item you purchased doesn't meet your satisfaction and you need to return it, you may return the item for credit on the card initially used to purchase the item.

 

ANY ITEM MARKED "FINAL SALE" IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR A REFUND.

 

FREE RETURNS FOR OUTERWEAR PURCHASES

We understand that guessing the right size can be tough sometimes, especially when you don't have the opportunity to try on a garment. We are happy to tell you that outwear purchases are eligible for free return shipping. We want you to be confident that you can get the right size easily.


HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Please follow these directions to return by parcel service:
• Simply call us at 1-800-227-9224 to receive a return authorization number and return label.
• Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
• Include all original packing materials and carton, manuals and accessories with the product. All returned product must be in new, unused condition.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. Please allow 5 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your credit card.

NOTE: Shop.SunMountain is not responsible for lost or damaged return items. If you choose to use the pre-paid label, please keep a copy of the tracking number for your records in the event a claim needs to be made.

RETURN FOR REFUND

The original outbound shipping in non-refundable. You will be given a full refund for the item(s) as long as the following requirements are met: the item is unused, the item is not damaged, and item is not personalized. All original tags and packing materials must be with your returned item. If your returned item is not in perfect condition, we do not guarantee a refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND RETURNS

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived if you use the return label. We will not reimburse you for return charges if you ship by your own method.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund if the product is defective. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund (half the value of the item) may be issued.
