We understand that every now and then the item you purchased may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case for your order, you may initiate a return on your merchandise within 35 days of your order fulfillment date (the date the order was shipped). If you miss the 35 day window, store credit will be issued on returns initiated within 60 days of the fulfillment date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We will not accept returns after 60 days.

If you are returning a gift, please fill out as many details as possible and a customer care team member will contact you regarding your options.  Gift items are eligible for store credit ONLY.

ANY ITEM MARKED "FINAL SALE" IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR A REFUND. 

ALL PART ORDERS ARE "FINAL SALE".

Visit our returns portal to initiate a return.

Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend insuring your package.

Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
