"I Did order The Single Trap For my bag eclipse Two . 5 The Problem Was When I check The Shipping order. I was missing my apartment number, I call back to tell de Customer service and The representative told me don’t worry. It’s on the shipping order. I told him; there’s not and he said I can see it , don’t worry. So I did set a mail notification for delivery updates. When I got it. The notification said. The, Product, Wasn’t delivered Because of The Missing Apartment. Address is incomplete. So as soon as I got that notification I start looking for the mailman. ; luckily, I found it, and he could deliver my ID. Otherwise, you should be reshipping it right now. And just because don’t pay attention on your customers. I I did send an an email, to notify that and Ihaven’t received any mail from you yet, besides this one."
