"I didn’t buy this particular item, but it’s how my story started. I called customer service to try and determine what cart I had and if these would work. I spoke to a live US based English speaking representative within just about a minute. We determined my cart was an old speed cart, and although they don’t have those specific parts available on line any more, he offered to ship me out the replacement material I needed same day… and get this, At no charge. It’s not often you see a company have such a great product that they stand behind it a decade later… and then continue the support. I’m some ways it’s a small thing, but when I my three boys ask/need/ want a new bag cart or whatever, I’ll definitely shop SunMountain first. Thank you for your help!
