A small thing. . . literally. The head

"A small thing. . . literally. The head on the screw that came with the replacement kit was smaller in diameter than the hole on the handle where it screwed into the plastic piece to hold the brake wire in place. I had to use a washer to compensate so the screw wasn't pulled sideways into the brake handle and out of alignment and putting torque on the plastic piece holding the brake cable end. The installation video I watched on the web site showed a screw that was large enough. Not what I got, though. Made it work with the washer."

"The product is very good. The instruction sheet, however, is hard to read and badly xeroxed. Suggest you make a mew sheet with better procedure for removal of old cable and new cable installation. Thank you."
