Thanks for making it right

"I own many Sun mountain carts and love walking during golf. I needed a replacement fitting for the left side that was cracked. I ordered on Friday and received my part the next Thursday, but found it was the right side fitting that would not work flipped to the left side. I called and they sent me the correct part that day and back pushing my cart the following week at no extra charge. Part works great and thanks for getting me the correct fitting and back on the course."

Proof of solid engineering

"Fits perfectly. Perhaps most important is that this piece, though durable in its own right, was weak enough to fail rather than cause damage to the arms it attaches to. OUTSTANDING! The left wheel dropped into an uncovered, deep drainage hole, causing the left side to drop substantially. Because of the slope and terrain around the hole, the rest of the cart tried to tip right, causing excess strain on the legs and fitting. The fitting gave way as a well engineered product should. Thank you"
