Parts are there with worthless diagram.

"I had issues getting the old handoff. Even if I did, the diagram was worthless. Parts with numbers with no key to make sure what you are needing. You send too many parts for what I needed, so more clarity is needed. Not sure why I’m sending this, cuz I never get replies."

Works great! Easy to install.

"Would give five stars but the flip handle forces the hand brake cable to bend more than it should. With the previous style turn knob and no flip handle on the other end (it was just a bolt flush to the end), the cable slipped past that. Now the flip handle forces the brake cable into a hard bend when the cart is closed up. Hope it doesn't affect operation."

Old Speed Cart Made New

"Totally reworked my older speed cart. New wheels with the upgraded rear break. Installed the quick lever pivot points and put new straps on it. Wow what a difference. Super happy - love my New-old Speed Cart."

"After a considerable amount of consternation, I was finally able to install the new fork kit. The instructions that you sent were terrible. There is no explanation as to what part is what so in the verbal description they tell you things that you cannot figure out by looking at the photo. The photo is not identified as to which part is which. I called twice asking for information and they said they would send videos, but the videos could not be opened. I think someone from your team should take a close look at this and provide a much better explanation as to what part goes up what part goes down what part faces the operator etc. etc. ."

Parts arrived in a timely

"Parts arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. The old kit parts had been on so long the only way to get them off was to cut them of with a saw. New parts are on and the modified, Alphard V2 remote controlled lithium battery assisted, cart now is awesome."

Nice improvement but……

"The new cam lever works really well but unfortunately the wider fork that comes with it does not seem to work with my pneumatic tire. I can upgrade to a newer tire but then the existing brake will not work. I’ve seen carts with the newer tire and the wider fork and spacers are used to compensate for the extra width but not sure where to get those."

"Accompanying written directions were horrible. Luckily I turned to youtube and found one of your videos that was far easier, less complicated, and did not have me taking unnecessary steps. Please update written directions and give a link for video so that other customers do not have to go through the hell I went through in trying to understand your directions. Thanks!"
