"A diagram of how this piece fit would have been helpful. It doesn’t lock open easily-I have to push the lever down with my foot now."

Zero instructions
"I was able to repair the push cart, but this product came with zero instructions. I did not use a good deal of the parts and I don’t think most were for my model. Again, no instructions. Not even a bill of material or diagram. I could not find anything related on the Sun Mountain web site. No video. I am reminded of when I first bought the cart and wanted to expand the frond wheel base. I needed to go to a third party forum to find out could do that."

parts missing
"the package contained only one large bushing. . i was able to re-use the one that did not get lost. . would love to have a replacement. . for the part that was missing. . second time i've repaired parts on the cart and both times it was easy to do and the parts were perfect. ."

Repair kit
"The repair kit did the trick, so I’m pleased. But, I’ve had the sun mountain push cart for perhaps a year and a half. So, I’ve used it for perhaps 40 times (once a week). This should have been under a warranty period. I shouldn’t have had to repair the cart or pay for the repair kit."

Helpful Parts Kit!
"I was happy to see that even though the micro cart has been discontinued, this bag of parts allowed me to repair my cart and keep it going! I love my Sun Mountain micro cart."

Flawed Design and Engineering
"After about 20 rounds, the screws came undone and the brace fell off. I paid $20 (10 and 10 shipping) and replaced them. Just about the smallest f-ing screw I’ve ever seen for something that takes a lot of abuse to open up and close. Yesterday, the new screw was gone. Fortunately there was still one in the repair kit. Now I take the screw driver and tighten at the start of the round, while I offer my opinion of Sun Mountain to myself. Never again. Plus it’s just poorly designed. Hard to open, hard to close. Hard to believe."
